"Dear Diary"
Dear Diary,
He came home angry today,
said I had to pay.
I wanted to scream,
wake from this dream.
The madness took over,
I tried to run for cover.
He came at me in a rage,
had me trapped like a bird in a cage.
Now I'm looking down,
at everyone wearing a frown.
I'm no longer afraid of anything,
now that I have these wings.
He came home angry today,
Dear Diary,
Daddy made me go away.
