Welcome to the weekly blog post (a day late lol)
Life has been quite hectic this last week. I finished Rise Of The Undead and submitted it for the Survival Anthology. I also submitted five poems for the Soul Cleanse Anthology. Both had deadlines for today. I should hear back about them both by May 7, 2026. I also got started on the next story The Snowman for the Sinister Dreams Anthology. It's due June 30, 2026. After that I'm moving on to my story to submit for this years Ghostly Rites Anthology, October Whispers, and it's due in August.
Other than writing I have also been working on catching up on my ARC's and doing pretty good with it. Only two to go after the one I'm reading.
School has also kept me a little busier than usual this week. I had a test on Tuesday that I needed to study for. I am so happy to say that I passed it! Now i have to go get things set up to move onto the next subject.
I am also currently putting in job applications. I have to admit that was a whole lot easier to do before they were done online ha ha!!
Now that I've given you a bit of a life update, let's talk about something not related to my every day life. Well, I guess that's not true if we're talking about writing. ;)
What else am I planning in my writing? I am currently doing some rewrites to The Hunt For Amanda at the betas suggestions. I want this story to be the best it can be since it is so important to me. I am also plotting the next two books in The Blake's series. They will be written as soon as I finish the stories for the anthologies. Also when I went over Rise Of The Undead I got thinking to myself that maybe it needed another part to it. I was thinking about giving it the title After The Undead. Of course, this isn't set in stone since I don't know if ROTU will be accepted or not yet. So this is just an idea for now.
For now I need to get some writing done on The Snowman. So until next time...
