Book Reviews of 2023 Part 4

Once again I am behind on posting book reviews.  I don't want to bombard you with all of them at once so I will only post ten of them. Then once I get another ten I will post them. I think I may have one more to go lol. Anyhoo... here goes nothing ;)

First up we have Trust No One by Debra Webb

What an amazing first installment to this series! I was hooked from the first line. The story keeps pulling you in and making you want to come back for more. A masterfully well written edition to this trilogy!

Next up Crossing Enemy Lines by Elizabella Baker

Crossing Enemy Lines by Elizabella Baker. I loved everything about this story. There was action, betrayal, and forgiveness. Top that off with wonderful characters you can relate to and you can't go wrong.

Third we have The Dangerous One by Lori Foster

What an amazing story!!! I loved Hunter and Jodi. They were characters anyone can relate to. A gripping story that leaves you coming back for more. A terrific start to what will be a wonderful series!!!

After that is Pretty Ruthless by Em Torrey

An absolutely amazing story! Claire and Dawson are wonderful characters. A terrific storyline and a happy ending makes for the perfect story. It's a quick read that you won't want to miss out on!!

Fifth on our list is Cover of Night by Linda Howard

Cate Nightingale never thought she would get over the loss of her husband. She raises her twins on her own living the same day to day life.
Cal Harris the handyman/ex-marine who made Trail Stop his new home.
When things go bad in their quiet little town Cate, Cal and their friends have to work together to save their town and themselves from the threat surrounding them.
An excellent story! Cate is an awesome single mom who would do anything for her babies. Cal is shy at first but eventually comes around. This a suspenseful story that will leave you wanting more.

Mallory Kane is up next with not one, but two books. Under Suspicion

Zach and Maddy's story is a fast paced, thrill ride. Full of twists and surprises. Amazing characters and a wonderful storyline. I can't wait to read the next book in this series!!!

And Security Breach

Tristan and Sandy's story is the second book in the Bayou Bonne Chance series. Just like the first book this one does not disappoint. It was full of action packed twists. I loved the characters and the plot. An excellent read!!

Reckonings by Cynthia Eden is up  now

A fast paced, action packed book! This is one story that keeps you coming back to see what happens next. A terrific story with wonderful characters and lots of surprises. I loved everything about this one!!!

Followed by The Boxcar Children The Shackleton Sabatoge

As a huge fan of The Boxcar Children I really enjoyed this one. It was an excellent addition to one of my all time favorite series!

And last but not least for this round of reviews...

The Boxcar Children (the original classic)

The Boxcar Children has always been one of my favorite book series. I read them all while I was in middle school. Reading this one again after a lot of years has definitely brought back some wonderful memories. I love the adventures of Henry, Jessie, Violet, Benny and their dog Watch. I will always be a fan of these books!!!
