Book Blurb for Their Tangled Hearts by Mary DeWeber
Emma had spent the last five years learning to cope with tragedy. She should have known that Doc had something up his sleeve when he'd talked her into taking a cooking job at a Colorado cattle ranch. Cooking was the easy part. Working with disabled children was something she was decidedly not prepared for. Throw in a tall dark mountain of a man with a voice like warm velvet and she was completely over her head! It would take God to straighten out the tangled mess she had made of her life.

And now read on for the interview we've all been waiting for:
Cassandra Jones: What made you decide to be an author?
Mary DeWeber: I couldn't get away from the story of Jake and Emma. I had to write this book and share their path to forgiveness.
CJ: Are there any authors who inspire you?
MD: I absolutely love Janette Oke. Her characters really become alive!
CJ: What was the hardest part of writing your latest book?
MD: Trying to keep the details of the tragedy that happened to Emma at a minimum and focusing on her healing.
CJ: Do you have a specific writing style?
MD: Not that I know of!
CJ: Is there anyone in your life who inspires you?
MD: My husband Jeff. He has Parkinson's disease, but he doesn't let it get him down!
CJ: Do you listen to music while writing?
MD: No. I'm too easily distracted.
CJ: What is your favorite genre to read?
MD: Christian romance, of course!
CJ: How did you come up with the titles of your books?
MD: Sometimes, as in Their Tangled Hearts, I just know the title from the beginning. Other times, I wait until a main theme presents itself and I know where the story is going. The title often 'jumps' out at me.
CJ: What book are you reading now?
MD:Fearless by Eric Blehm. Its not what I usually read but it's a wonderful autobiography!
CJ: Do you have any advice for someone just starting out in the writing world?
MD: Take your time and let your characters mature as you write about them.
